Von Steuben Metropolitan Science Center is a Level 1 + public high school located in the Albany Park area of Chicago, Illinois. In 2015, Von Steuben took the football field for the first time in school history since opening its doors in 1930. Since then, the Panthers have had three winning seasons, and currently competing in the Windy City Conference of the Chicago Public League. Our practice facility is at Northeastern Illinois University (3600 W Foster Ave), located just 2 blocks from the Von Steuben campus. 

Our Mission
To develop student-athletes that achieve success on the field, in the classroom, and who positively impact our school and community. We will always play with class, within the rules, and with great intensity. Our program will teach the game of football with great enthusiasm while emphasizing critical life skills such as hard work, commitment, character, communication, perseverance, and leadership, which are necessary to becoming responsible and productive members of society.
